For periodic offers, users can terminate the ongoing contract at any time, and the termination will only take effect at the end of the current period.

User termination will not result in any refund unless it occurs within the first 24 hours of subscribing to a periodic subscription (weekly or monthly), in which case a refund is possible, excluding any potential fees.

Similarly, MyProxies can also terminate the ongoing contract at any time and without notice.

Article 13: Interpretation

These TOS and GCS constitute an indivisible whole.

The fact that MyProxies does not invoke any provision of these TOS and GCS at a given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to invoke them later.

If any part of the TOS and GCS is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the relevant provisions will be deemed unwritten without affecting the validity of the other provisions, which will continue to apply between users and MyProxies.
